Base oils, also called carrier oils, are used, among others, for diluting essential oils or applying to the skin. They are made from plants and cold pressed - both from seeds and whole fruits - so they do not lose any valuable ingredients and vitamins. Some of them, such as sweet almond oil or grape seed oil, are the basis of many other cosmetics. The base oil affects the concentration of the essential oil and prevents skin irritation.

Base oils with natural composition

MACROVITA base oils enriched with vitamin E are completely free of artificial substances such as parabens or paraffin. These are natural products that are suitable for skin care, massage, make-up removal, and hair care. They deeply nourish the skin, moisturize and soften it. Apricot seed oil is perfect for dehydrated, dry skin, while sweet almond oil is an ideal element in the care of skin prone to allergies or eczema. Grape seed oil has strong anti-aging properties.
