The prices given apply to deliveries within Poland, they are gross prices and include VAT.

The order will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days counted from the date of commencement of the order, unless in exceptional situations a longer period is given directly when placing the order. To this time, you must add the carrier's time, which is presented when placing the order. Delivery times given are standard, expressed in working days.

Check every package you receive

Please check the received parcel carefully. If it is damaged, open the parcel in the presence of the courier or the postman. In case of damage to the contents, a damage report must be prepared (parcel damage report). It will be helpful when making a complaint about the delivery service.

After the period in which the parcel is waiting for collection, it will be returned to our store. Failure to collect the shipment may result in the order being canceled. Some delivery options may not be available for large items. Returns and complaints are not accepted at pickup points.
